Before Using

The following images show how the cables and connectors are initially configured on your Mobile Office use. Please refer back to these in the event your wires become disconnected.

Setup

Set up Epson WF100 Paper Printer ❺

Printer is shipped with ink cartridges packed separately in Kit B
See Epson Quick Start Guide in Kit B for details on installing ink and loading paper
Do NOT perform any software installation at this step

Charge Honeywell RL4e Label Printer ❹

BEFORE using: Charge printer using instructions on page 8.
The RL4e does NOT charge via USB

Load Honeywell RL4e Labels ❹

Ensure RL4e is turned on
Slide the orange thumb latch Ⓐ rearward and then lift up on the printer’s cover Ⓑ
Slide and hold open the two orange “wheels” Ⓒ. Orient the label roll as shown Ⓓ, insert it into the printer, and allow the “wheels” to retract, grabbing the cardboard core. Close cover. Press the button. The printer should advance to the start of the next label

Installing Laptop ❻

Before continuing printer setup, you will need to connect your Laptop to the Mobile Office.

Mounting Laptop

Deploying and Stowing Arm

Your Laptop Arm and tray arrived in the Stowed Position. This is how you will place the arm for transport or storage
Cautiously, unhook the bungee from the arm post bolt - arm is spring loaded
Each arm joint will rotate freely
To return to Stowed Position, see "Immobilizing the Arm" on the Get Moving page.

Laptop Arm Resistance Adjustments ❻

You may need to adjust how "loose" the arm joints feel. Please see detailed instructions for adjusting Laptop Arm resistance on the Get Moving page before using the Mobile Office.

Install & Configure Printers

Ensure both printers, ❹ and ❺, are plugged into USB hub ❾ and USB hub ❾ is connected to the laptop via the cable attached to the laptop arm ❻
